I Love Coffee (And Possibly a Little Sleep)

Life is simply hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be difficult to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I truly love the smell of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.

Of course, I also know that sleep is important. But sometimes, when you're running through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling joke coffee hoodies particularly stressed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).

No criticism here – we all have our vices. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

Driven by Java and Mayhem

This therapeutic process of grinding beans, adding hot water, and patiently steeping for the perfect cup becomes my moment of clarity. Each glug carries with it a wave of calm, grounding me in the current experience.

Let's be real, adulting/being responsible/keeping it together is a tough/grueling/real pain. Between work/school/trying to figure out life, there's barely time/energy/motivation left for anything else. That's where coffee comes in. It's the lifeblood that helps us push through/get stuff done/pretend we have it all together. Whether you like it black/with cream/extra sugary, a good cup of joe can recharge your batteries.
